Abstract
The current president of the International Association of School Librarianship (IASL), Associate Professor Diljit Singh, suggests that school libraries are part of a world that is changing in a variety of ways and in particular becoming internationalised. The work and efforts of IASL are put forward as an effective support in this evolving, challenging world.
