Abstract
Dr Rosemary Abbott describes her PhD research into the importance of the teacher self when classroom practitioners are required to change with particular reference to the introduction of ICTs. Her work explores the emotions, attributes and relationships inherent in any human interaction and outlines important considerations for the work of teacher-librarians.
